Four Winds and Castles in the Sky

Here are two more of my quilt blocks. I have four more blocks to go, including the signature block.

Looking Glass

Here's my first square. I also called it the "Seam Ripper Square" because I kept getting frustrated and starting over. There's still a few errors, but at this point they are minimal. Whew!

Helping Mom

So, I was trying to cut templates out of posterboard.........but first, Cordy kept tap dancing all over it and when I bent down she would lick my face. I kicked out the chihuahuas and kept Leo....only to find him doing this.

And finally, Flower - Claire's

Okay, this one, I have no picture of yet. I have all the pieces cut and I have the templates, but no pattern to show how to put them all together. This will have to be an afternoon with a big table and no dogs or husband around to figure it out! It's called "Flower" which doesn't match any of her original choices from the first drawings, unless it's the Dresden Plate. We'll just have to figure it out!

A Gaggle of Pinwheels - Claire's

This one I have two finished squares of - no extra fabric or templates.

Snowflake - Claire's

Here's where it gets tricky. I have one square of this, finished by Claire. I have no extra fabric for it nor do I have the templates. Any luck for this on your end, Juliet?

Grandmother's Fan - Claire's

Here is the other applique one. I have all three squares and will need no extra fabric.

Honeybee - Claire's

I'm putting up what I have of Claire's. Here's the Honeybee pattern - all fabric is accounted for, and it is nearly finished, except for the applique. I also have all three squares.
